Welcome to the Paciencia Podcast Series

The monthly series is aimed at bringing a personal voice to the themes of the monthly newsletter. The podcasts can be downloaded by right clicking on (option click on Macintosh computers)  the links below and choosing "save as" from the dialogue. The Podcast can then be imported to your preferred MP3 software (Itunes etc...) and uploaded to your Ipod or other MP3 player. Enjoy and check back for updates.
